“Spires and Squires” cartoon map of Northamptonshire combines my lifelong love of maps and cartoons. I researched things that make Northamptonshire notable, and discovered a richer history than I had imagined! Important castles and country mansions, history, industry, discoveries of worldwide significance, famous people from the worlds of science and entertainment... most of which are included here.
Original artwork by Kevin Becken printed onto textured fine art watercolour paper, using archival quality prints projected lifespan in excess of 100 years in normal conditions.
The limited edition of 150 giclée prints are signed and issued by me, the artist. Includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
Date of creation: June 2021
Size approximately A2. This print is supplied unmounted, rolled and posted in a tube. It is suitable for mounting and framing to a 24x20 inch frame.
